AL NASSR PAMPERS RONALDO, BREAKS TRANSFER RECORD TO BUY PREMIER LEAGUE STAR
Al Nassr are ready to break the Saudi Pro League transfer record to sign the West Ham star to partner Cristiano Ronaldo.
Mohammed Kudus is a fan favourite with West Ham fans after joining from Ajax for £38m in 2023. The Ghana international has scored 17 goals and provided 12 assists in 75 appearances in all competitions for the Hammers. However, the 24-year-old could be on his way out of London for a world-record move to Saudi Arabia.

KUDUS HAS IMPRESSED IN HIS TWO SEASONS IN ENGLAND
West Ham are preparing to accept an £85.3m bid from Al Nassr for Kudus, according to talkSPORT. If the deal goes through, he would become the most expensive player in Saudi Arabia’s transfer history. The current record is held by Neymar, who moved from PSG to Al Hilal for around £77m in 2023.
Al Nassr are looking to bolster their already strong attack, which includes the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Jhon Duran, Sadio Mane and Angelo Gabriel. And Kudus has been identified as their number one target as they look to reclaim the Saudi Pro League title for the first time since 2019. The Ghana international has been on Al Nassr’s radar all year and they made an offer during the winter transfer window.
Kudus is understood to have a £120m release clause in his contract with Saudi Arabian clubs, which runs from July 1 to July 10. Meanwhile, his £85m release clause with Premier League clubs will be activated this summer.

KUDUS HAS STARTED ALL 27 PREMIER LEAGUE GAMES THIS SEASON
It remains unclear whether Kudus is ready to leave the Premier League for the Middle East, but Al Nassr are confident they can agree a deal with West Ham for a fee well below their £120m clause.
If they fail to sign Kudus, Ronaldo’s side have identified three alternative options, all of whom are in the Premier League.

Brighton rejected a £75m bid from Al Nassr for Kaoru Mitoma in January, and the Japanese international remains a priority for the Saudi Arabian side. Liverpool’s Luis Diaz is also being considered, with his future at Anfield uncertain.
Al Nassr are also keeping tabs on Bournemouth’s Antoine Semenyo. Semenyo has scored 10 goals and provided six assists in all competitions so far this season, but Al Nassr will have to compete with Manchester United for the 25-year-old winger’s signature.
